I have been using the Hemp For Humans Magnesium spray for arthritis on my wrists and it has absolutely worked. Some time ago I was diagnosed with a degenerative bone issue in my neck that will unfortunately require surgery. We all know that the wait time for any surgery is kind of how long is a piece of string. Physio has done all they can to help manage the pain and get better movement back. I thought I was out of options and just had to wait for surgery. Fiona told me to use the spray on my neck. I honestly didn't think it would help due to the excessive pain I was in. After 2 applications of the spray and one application of the Hemp For Humans Relief Cream I am amazed at the improvement in my pain levels. I've gone from sleepless nights to getting a good night's sleep due to the pain reduction! Driving the car is not a painful ordeal anymore either. I cannot recommend these products highly enough! My GP is amazed also at the increased movement ability.
